Price Schedule

Prices per week:

The cost of hiring the villa will start from £550 per week and will be seasonally adjusted throughout the year. The periods of Easter, Christmas and New Year are in most demand and will be at a higher cost.

Pool heating is £85 per week.

Before booking, phone to check for availability on +44 (0)161 613 5844. We will take a provisional booking over the phone and will hold it for five days to allow for the deposit and booking form to arrive. A non-refundable 20% deposit per week will be required.

Upon receipt of the completed booking form and your deposit, we will forward to you a confirmation letter advising you when your final balance payment should be made. On receiving the final balance, a route map showing directions to the villa, plus other useful information will be forwarded to you.

A security deposit of £150 is required to cover any damage or loss which may occur, and a separate cheque should be sent with the final balance. The cheque will be returned to you as soon as possible after it has been ascertained that the villa has been left in a satisfactory condition and the keys have been returned
